Stream Teams Program is on pause for 2023 —
The Local Water Quality District is taking a 1-year hiatus from the Stream Teams volunteer monitoring program. We look forward to continuing our participation in citizen science next summer and hope that you will join us streamside in 2024.
Gallatin Stream Teams is a volunteer stream monitoring program operated in partnership by GLWQD and Gallatin Watershed Council (GWC). Since 2008, citizen scientists have been testing water quality on streams across the Lower Gallatin watershed. Stream Teams data are being used by GLWQD, GWC, Montana DEQ, the City of Bozeman, and others to assess the health of the watershed.
